Maghasel — Car Wash Marketplace
A marketplace where car wash shops across Kuwait take bookings, and each shop runs its own storefront.
In Kuwait, booking a car wash meant calling the shop, or just showing up and waiting. Maghasel turns that into a marketplace.
For the customer: browse the car wash shops available to you, compare their services and prices, pick a time slot, and pay in the app. No phone call, no waiting to find out they are full.
For the shop owner: a back office to run the business. Set your own services and prices, control which slots you open, and see every incoming order and a report of how the shop is doing.
For the platform operator: a dashboard over all of it. Approve merchants, watch orders across the whole network, and pull revenue reports.
The interesting problem was not the booking screen. It was that every merchant needs to feel like they have their own app while they all share one system: separate catalogues, separate pricing, separate availability, but one checkout and one payment flow.
Built from scratch in Swift and SwiftUI. Arabic and English, right to left throughout.
