RedRamp sells car washing as a subscription in Saudi Arabia. You do not book a wash and drive somewhere. You subscribe, and a driver comes to your car on a schedule.
That makes it two apps on one system.
The customer app: pick a plan, subscribe, schedule your washes, pay with Apple Pay, and follow the visit until the driver marks it done.
The driver app: see the jobs assigned to you, where each car is, and close each one out as you finish.
Between them sits the part users never see, and the part that actually decides whether the business works: appointments have to reach the right driver, and every subscription has to keep producing visits on time, month after month.
